I spent the entire month of January down n out disabled and even bedridden for days at a time.. feeling 70% now.. wearing shoes (#gout) and major diet changes (#probiotics & #plantbased ) who woulda thot 39.9 years of recklessness & hereditary would catch up to me 🤷‍♂️ 2.5 months til I'm 40 and I have GOALS
